I agree with Eugene. Make sure they properly enter AAGU in the tier upgrade area. First time I called CSR said no problem. Called back two weeks later for something else and decided to confirm extension and Very helpful CSR said it must of been entered incorrectly first time. He put it in correctly and said I was good till 2005 and he was sending new cards!
