AKL-RAR-AKL is a cash ticket, reserved, not yet ticketed, but needs to be by Friday...total itin is HKG-AKL-RAR-AKL-MEL (AKL being a transit in both cases).

I think she has just enough AA miles to cover HKG-AKL (CX) and AKL-MEL (QF) and wants to burn them if possible (assuming availability). Has no *A miles/points.
