I don't see why FS would be cutting the concierge's role. Re-allocating staffing levels? Sure.

They haven't really slashed prices; instead offering other incentives. Having picked up Isadore Sharp's new book, Four Seasons: The Story of a Business Philosophy, it sounds like he and his team have always avoided slashing things in tough times.
