I will be using stickers to upgrade from Y. Currently I have the tkt on hold but I found out another fare into FLL for $210 RT incl. taxes. I will finalize my plans tomorrow but I think that I might go for the nonstop SFO-MIA.

Whats your status? Labour day weekend transcon upgrade could be tough. Have you considered the possibility that you may be travelling in Y? Given that risk, I would probably take the 777 and reserve 31A/B/H or J.
