The old Cerromar is slated to become a Fairmont Hotel. Nothing started there either.
In 1995 I stayed at the Hyatt Dorado Beach - back then for avid golfers it was a very nice place. Two good courses, one hosted a few Senior PGA Tour events. My whole family enjoyed the stay, but it had a resort feel, not the ultimate in luxury...seems like a lot of marketing BS from RC on this 'Reserve' matter.
