Well, I don't think that question has been 'asked' before, but, it has certainly been 'answered' here in this thread nonetheless.

To help you out: Given the fact that funding has a turn around time to pay out your award in one billing cycle, where as the 20K miles for opening this particular account will take a year to receive all miles, and if you have a high credit limit on your Citi Card, what do you think the answer is?

I'm certain the answer is fairly obvious even if no one asked such a question and had it answered directly.
