As long as they're switched off during takeoff/landing then all is good. A random aircraft input or instrument mistake is very unlikely to bring down an aircraft in full flight and the most likely scenario is for the auto-pilot to auto-adjust for it.
Plus, in general, the chance of wireless transmission hitting a shielded cable and causing anything that doesn't look like white-noise is very unlikely. Albeit not impossible.
No, it's not. But at the same time, you don;t know when there might be an emergency situation. A minute or two of interference with communication can be a serious detriment to the safety of the aircraft. As I said before, a bigger issue could be detectability of the aircraft.
