Where to complain? is this warranted?
Had a stay last week at the Hilton OKC NWExpwy.
I was working 6pm-6am all of last week, and thus really didn't feel like putting up with their bull****. On Weds, the housekeeper woke me up at 11am to clean my room even though i had a do not disturb sign on the door. This is especially bad for me, as once I wake up, it is extremely difficult for me to sleep again.
Thursday morning, I left my rental car keys at the front desk with a note that they could be picked up by either me or my colleague because we were sharing the car. When I came to retrieve the keys at 5:30pm, the guy at the front desk was very rude to me (I feel it was due to my young age), and made me wait until he checked in 3 people before he started looking for the keys. Then... he couldn't find my keys! I somehow remained calm and told him to keep looking. He looks in a couple of drawers, then starts CHECKING IN THE NEXT PERSON without finding my keys. So I stay there and every once in a while he'll look again-he gives the impression that i never left the keys there in the 1st place. finally i get pretty mad and he has his shuttle driver take me to work.
The next morning I call the Hilton to be picked up, and the lady at the front desk has no problem finding my keys, they were in the drawer where they shouldve been.
Friday, someone from hilton (not the housekeeper) wakes me up at noon by knocking on my door VERY LOUDLY. (Same do not disturb sign is on the door). She asks me when I am checking out, though the same question was asked when I checked in, and it was also on my reservation. I can't sleep again, causing me to lose out on 4 hours of sleep.
Where can I complain about this? And what do you think the resolution will be? I won't be going back to Oklahoma City anytime soon, so I don't want something from their hotel.
