RTW re-issue as a paper ticket
I have just had a DONE5 reissue arrive as a paper ticket. When I asked the TA why this is, I was given the answer that CX always re-issues RTWs as paper tickets as their systems cannot facilitate re-issues as e-tickets.
This sounds ridiculous - I am wondering about taking the paper ticket to CX reservation office and demand it be changed.
Has anybody come across this before
