Anyone who appreciates a bit of peace & quiet every now & then would probably enjoy even 1 sabbath in Israel (unless you find yourself trapped in the religious restrictions of it...).

There's something nice about standing on a balcony watching a city gradually go quiet -- the frenetic crowds on the roads taper off, the background noise of vehicles fades, you start to realize that you can see & hear the individual cars as they near your building. (Of course, in the 20 years since my first Jerusalem shabbat, the amount of traffic has increased exponentially, to the point where in many parts of the city you don't actually get much non-vehicle time.)
