just remember there are two different cultures between the airlines...NWA treated it's employees like crap (or had the perception of doing that) but treated it's elites like gold (or platinum or silver)...DL on the other hand treated their employees like Platinum but treated their Elite's like crap (or had the perception of doing that).....being an elite guess which airlines culture I want to win out???
