My business FlexPerks card was supposed to get 15,000 bonus points. They didn't show up on June statement so I contacted USBank. They said there was a problem and the points would be on my next statement.

My next statement (July) arrived with no bonus points. I called USBank again. The rep says there have been some problems and miscommunication. She says the bonus points should be on my next (August) statement. Apparently the glitch is only with the business FlexPerks cards.
