I almost always recommend this site also for seating queries, but I'm not sure it's wholly accurate regarding this particular matter. As always, it is still useful for indicating the approximate physical lay-out of the seats on the plane. But it notes that there is a storage area for these particular seats, whereas my impression is that the storage is of the same, very limited nature for these seats as for any others in the section. (Basically, by your feat, with a bit of additional storage for magazines and the like.) Plus as noted I don't think the seats are really that proximate to the lavatory--at least compared to the first row of seats in many planes.
