My impression is that the first business class row on the right, seats 8 H/J, is the best. By far the most private, since the rest of the section begins in row 9. And the way AA has configured its 777 business class, you're not right on top of a lavatory or the galley despite being in the first row, which is nice.

If it's an even number flight you'll have your food orders taken first. If an odd number flight, your orders will be taken last, which means you might not get what you want. Given the quality of airline food, I wouldn't make that a crucial consideration, but it's worth being aware of if it's a priority to you.
