Appreciate the thorough response. I will take the 5 minutes to fill out the form and go from there. No negative impact on credit rating, so why not?
Though I have read some postings after a major search on this topic and have seen - without additional reading on my part - a lot of Savings Bond talk. Any quick tips there?
