I Just received an offer for the HH Visa Signature Card in the mail. Read the pitch and then did a search on FT for more info on this card.

I want the 10K bonus points so ...

Questions:

1 - how long do I have to keep the card before cancelling (I realize I have to make one purchase)

2 - why do most people on this forum prefer Amex Hilton Card over the Visa Card?

3 - 10K bonus miles would be nice but is it really worth the hassle? I have roughly 100K HH pts and an exra 10% would be simply for greed.
