I was thinking of tagging this onto a trip to JFK in a few months. Unfortunately, I only have 3 nights in the US (wish I'd booked 4 now), but can possibly afford to spend one in Vegas. This may get me in trouble with Mrs dmahon (who will be loosing valuable NYC shopping time), so it will mean a fairly grand room in Vegas and a limo transfer to butter her up.

The flights nest like this:

LHR-JFK 10:25-12:55
JFK-LAS 17:05-20:05
LAS-JFK 07:50-16:00
JFK-LHR 18:20-06:25

Do AA and BA fly from the same terminal?

Can I use a lounge on an AA non-international First ticket? Or with a BA Club ticket the same day? Or a guest with a BAEC silver card?

What is the minimum connection time and the chance of delays?

Should I make the trip at the end of my stay in NYC, or should I make it at the start? I can't make it in the middle. As I really don't want to miss my flight home, I'm tempted to make it at the start.

PS - hotel recomendations welcome (JFK and LAS). Don't want to break the bank, but it's only 3 nights so can splash out a little bit.
