Yeah, I'm thinking somebody might need to start a $1 Coin Direct Ship support group. That damn US Mint - feeding America's addiction since 1792!

Have you noticed how dirty it feels whenever you get the "Where did you get all those?!" or "Why do you have so many?!" questions? I've come up with some pretty original replies, but it's still a dance of shame to think up answers.

I think it's the ridiculous weight of the coins that makes it all seem so wrong. When you're lugging around 30, 40, 50 pounds of shiny golden circles, you know you're literally giving your full body & soul to get those miles.

I just hope the Mint gives plenty of advance notice when/if it decides to pull the plug on this, so we can all come down easy off this joyride!!
