And? Are you saying CO is allowed to fly to SEA and ANC from their hubs but somehow AS isn't allowed to serve EWR or IAH from theirs?

Again - is CO somehow the only one allowed to fly that route? Why would it somehow be a problem for AS to enter this market if they chose?
