As NYCBunny mentioned there are coin lockers on the 3rd floor (departure level).

I'm not familiar with T2 or the Sakura Lounge but arriving and departing passengers are segregated at NRT and I'm not sure if you can access an airside lounge before leaving the airport for the day.

If you can't access lounges on arrival there are showers in the public area of the terminal.
