Hi, lurking for a little but this is the first post.

I'm wondering if the 10k miles needed to earn a set of e500 upgrades has to be BIS on UA metal or if EQM from UA code-share Star Alliance would count.

Specifically, I am looking at a set of flights sold on united.com; three of the 4 segments are on US metal, the last on UA metal. I was wondering if all the miles count towards earning the e500s?
