When a ticket counter agent just walks away leaving 40 people in line, doesn't offer to rebook, or tell you if he's coming back to rebook you. That is unacceptable service in my book.

No offense, but if your happy being treated this way by an airline, I’d suggest you travel Mexicana exclusively. As long as the flying public allows an airline to abuse its customers, they will continue to get away with it.
Is this for DEN only or all MX airport?
