Mexicanas rules ADVANCE ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT:
Passengers must arrive at the carrier counter 90 minutes before the official departure time. The carrier will be relieved of any responsibility whatsoever it the passenger is left behind because of non-compliance with this provision and the only obligation on the part of the carrier will be to reimburse the passenger whatever amount might be. Clearly you must be 90 minutes at the counter not the end of the line. So it be to arrive whenever you choose, but the botton line is to reach the counter by 90 minutes, and therefore stop whinning you deserve nothing.
