Hello, Braves fans!

Figured I'd update with our exprience at the Ted yesterday - our first game of the season. Made it to will call about 5 mins before first pitch, and the lines at the gates were extremely long. Looked to my right and saw the entrance to the 755 Club. Thought I remembered something about CRC members getting access. So, pulled out my card and showed it to the guy at the door. My gf and I were immediately ushered to the elevator and whisked to the club in time for first pitch.

Yes, there is a big (gritting my teeth) Sky Club sign when you exit the elevator, but the similarities end there. Full bar and menu. Cocktails around $8. Beer (extensive selection for a ballpark) $6-$7. Food was pricey and more TGI Fridays than Burgers and Brats. I prefer the latter.

We had tix on the club level, which I think would have gotten us in anyway, but the beauty of using the CRC membership is that you could literally buy a $3 standing room only ticket and spend the entire game in the club. Now, there is an outdoor seating area, but you have to wait in line for a table and the bartender told me they rotate everyone out after 90 mins and bring a new group in. Another upside is their bar does not close after the stretch like every other bar in the park. In fact, they stay open 30 mins after the end of the game.

If I really wanted to see the game, I'd probably still buy decent seats and use the 755 Club entrance to avoid the masses, but if I just wanted to have a drink or two and soak up a bit of the ballpark experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a couple of dirt cheap tickets and hang out in the club. Doesn't do much for those who are non-ATL based, but I am thrilled by this somewhat surprising perk of CRC membership! ^
