Nexus cards are still valid ID according to he TSA website, http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtrav...documents.shtm.

Next time print this and bring it with you, if they still reject it make sure to get the last name and badge ID of everyone involved. Then send a letter to the airports FSD and an online complaint at the TSA website.
