I had a read of the FAQ but did not see anything on this (so apologies if I missed it).

A few questions on making award bookings if I may.

* What time (and time zone for that time) do on-line bookings open each day (ie to access bookings 350 days in advance)?

* Is this time the same as that phone bookings open? This loses the on-line discount but may be worth it on very popular routes. For example, evidently with QF phone bookings you can make them slightly before the on-line opens (cost an extra 2500 points).

What I am seeking to do is to maximise my chances of securing the awards that I am seeking.

Notes & Background

1/ That in my case I am looking to redeem in C (Business) for Saver Awards where I have noted that many routes have a maximum of 2 tickets, though some have 4.
2/ I am booking for 4. This means that I will often seek to then fly 2 each on consecutive days.
3/ I will be flying out of MEL.
4/Next few redemptions are to be to /from Europe.
