I'm considering going to the media with this because based on further responses, this is the guidelines that have been given to the agents and this is their policy.

It is obvious that they are not trying to prevent the spread of it. Today it is H1N1, SARS was just a while ago and unfortunately there will be others in the future. They need to change their policy and my requests have fallen on deaf ears. 3 times I have requested for a manager to contact me and I continue to receive canned responses.
