Incident: Air Canada A320 near Vancouver on Jul 16th 2009, engine failure

The crew of an Air Canada Airbus A320-200, registration C-GPWG performing flight AC-202 from Vancouver,BC to Calgary,AB (Canada), declared PAN reporting an engine failure shortly after takeoff from Vancouver. The crew decided to return to Vancouver, where the airplane landed safely on runway 26R 24 minutes after takeoff.
