Has anyone had success getting United Mileage Plus to give you provisional status on the basis of booked non-refundable flights? How did you do it? I'm booking a few cross country round trips that will easily put me over 25K miles flown for the year but I'd love to not be stuck in E- until those trips are nearly over.
