Look at 1908 PAP-MIA MIA-JFK. The crew and any continuing passengers have to clear customs in MIA, and only 90 minutes is scheduled, which is not realistic even if the plane arrived in MIA on time, which it rarely does. Taking this from MIA to JFK is a nightmare---which I guess is an appropriate comment since it usually is the middle of the night before it arrives...
