Yes on the chart, which is now cleary updated on the HHonors website.
As for "lucrative promos", CNTU expired in fall. He can still get gold easily, though, and who knows what the future holds. We're all waiting (and hoping) for the next 50K promo.
I'd also list reward exchange as a plus for HH. He may have orphan miles that he can convert to HH points, which may help him out.
Of course, you should probably get the opion of the Marriot folks in their forum, too.
