I know everyone always says this but it really isn't about the money. I've already rebooked and paid for my new flights without using the vouchers they offered.

I am mainly concerned about their handling of the situation from wanting u to go to the airport to have them evaluate our situation, wanting us to fly, and then led to believe that the situation would not be an issue since we had a "medical emergency" by a manager of Philippine Airlines.
