I have the B&R 22" myself and love it. I also have the B&R wheeled tote and love it as well -- one nice thing is that the tote is made to attach to the handle of the other bag, and so the combo works great. I also have a 19" Travel Pro that I use only for transiting LHR where I have to be sure I will not be nailed by the dreaded sizer! The only thing I like better about the TP is how light it is. That's nice. But all in all, I far prefer the Briggs, in spite of the price. It is just a lot more rugged, far less likely to break -- and IMO it rolls much better. And then of course there's the bullet proof Briggs warranty which I have used a number of times. Being a luggage guy, I suppose that at the end of the day I just appreciate the quality of the Briggs, and importantly, I TRUST it not to break on me while I'm traveling. If you search, you will find a lot of horror stories of broken TPs, but very few of broken Briggs. Good luck.
