OK I am new to AVIS and already did a search and could not find any answers, so be gentle...


I think I am the only one who is confused about AVIS's website.

I signed up through their website email to me and got:

1. My username set up
2. A Wizard number #2XXXXX assigned to me (AWD ?)
3. I 'think' an AVIS rewards # starting with Z


So my two questions are the followng:

#1 There does not seem to be any place on my online account to enter my FF# - ?
#2 The website seems to want me to replace the AWD number each time I make a new rental. So what was the purpose of assigning me one?
