That would be very cool. But in the meantime they have a web site optimized for smartphones, which I use on my iphone and does a lot of what you are wishing for (minus the ability to wave your boarding pass from the iphone). Another really cool app for those that travel is worldmate for iphone.

It builds an itinerary from you forwarding your emails from travel related confirmations, and it checks flight status, alternate flights if you get stuck, and weather in your travel destinations, pretty much automagically. Plus it can map your destinations with the touch of a button from the iphone itinerary.

Best 35 bucks I spend a year. I think it's on sale in the app store for $24.99 right now, but that probably won't last. Wondurous program that saves me hundreds a year in a admin asst doing all this for me.
