I called the Diamond Desk today
I called the Diamond Desk today because for the last 2 days, I've tried booking at a Hilton using the Visa Signature card promo rate, with no success. This can ONLY be booked on line and unfortunately a Hilton representative cannot book it for someone

I've tried both this morning and this afternoon....no luck yet. They said they know there are website problems. They said it was due to a higher than normal volume of traffic on the website, because of the 3rd Q promo.
