I did find it somewhat ironic that you were saying the sea air helped make it taste better while at the same time ruining the sea air for everyone around you, so at least I'm somewhat happy that you recognize that fact. FWIW, air tends to get somewhat trapped along the sides of the ship, and for many cabins downwind, they do end up putting up with the smoke. Personally, I hate it when a neighbor is smoking on his balcony, because it makes it just about unusable for me.
Personally, I can't wait until all cruise lines move to a no smoking on balconies or cabins (and quite frankly, I'd be one of those reporting it if someone near me was violating the rule). Can't happen soon enough for me.
Until that time though, I will say Princess still allows it. I'll just cross my fingers and hope you aren't my neighbor
