Just failed for me...I tried yesterday afternoon (from my office computer), last night (from my home computer) and again today (office).

Frustrating and annoying...

But I feel that way about the HH website in general...I'm sure it's posted elsewhere, but these things really annoy me.
  • Problem like today's.
  • Despite clicking 'remember me', having to enter my HH# and password every time.
  • Relating to the above, having to do the same thing even when navigating within the HH website, after I've logged in (multiple log-ins for the same session).
  • The need to enter my AAA number EVERY TIME that I go to the site. IC/Holiday Inn retains it, Marriott just offers it without having to enter it.

It's not a great website.
