Brussels to Antwerp and Bruges to Brussels, certainly.

I think you'd find it difficult to argue that Antwerp to Bruges would be covered by the 'free onward journey', unless you travelled via Brussels.

On the plus side, Antwerp-Bruges will set you back €13.60, which is pretty good value (and worth it for the ease of travelling direct, I reckon!)
