As others have pointed out, there is nothing truly five star in Bermuda. Having said that, IMHO there is nothing distinctive about the Southampton Princess. It's just another large, somewhat group oriented, hotel that could be any number of places. I'd strongly recommend Cambridge Beaches over your other options. You'll get good personalized service and something that is special to Bermuda. In another category, would be guest houses that were suggested by another poster. Personally, I'd do that before the Southampton Princess.
