This is what I gathered from CBC that the government has extracted from AC:

1. surrender of some peak-hour runway slots at Toronto's Pearson Airport. (allowing competitors better access)
2. Air Canada will not start discount air carrier in Hamilton, before Sept. 2001
3. have to sell Canadian Regional Airlines
4. Service to all existing domestic routes maintained
5. No price gouging will be allowed. Requirement will be enshrined in legislation when the House resumes in February
6. Collenette will recommend the individual ownership limit on Air Canada stock be raised from 10 to 15 per cent
