Whoops!

Dragon said that it happened more than I'd think it does.
Here's my two cents:

I am absolutely and totally against any attempt to fib about one's own status of a EC member. One should follow the rules and the law. But having said that, BA should not and cannot prosecute people for 'forging' Gold cards as it is NOT a case of impersonation. The status is something of a arbitrary parameter that is awarded by BA: that is not part of any statute. The name of a person is a name. If the name were tampered with: it would be a crime as the statute says that. But an arbitrary status set by BA that exists in the BA computers e.g. Gold level, if tampered with will not break any statutes (i.e. laws) and BA is not empowered to make arrests or throw a guy in jail.

I am curious why they call them dragons. This term, apart from su*king up to the establishment, is somewhat glorifying of the gatekeepers as far as the fearsome/dangerous attribut of the 'dragon' is concerned. why not call them "worms" or "Vultures" or "Little ceasers who are not paid well enough to be successful but think that they can make that up by hassling elite pax."
