LH Group sales has arranged for a special fare to from FRA originating in USA & Canada. This fare is only valid for particpants who have signed up and paid for the charter.

As most FT veterans know the above are the bare fares and you have to add taxes and fuel surcharge.
You can start in NYC and fly back to the closest LH gateway to your home town in US/CA after the event. If you are constrained or want to plan a vacation in Europe before/after the event, you can book the outbound from any US/CA LH gateway to FRA and return anytime after the event. The validity is 15OCT2009 to 28FEB2010. That means you can cross the atlantic anytime between Oct 15 and Nov 3 and return anytime between Nov 7 and Feb 28.
Sadly we have no discounted business fare ex Canada. However if you start in the US and return to Canada after the do, you can use the US fare.
No F fares for this event. We have a feeder fare addon if you want to get to NYC or a suitable LH gateway using UA. This is 150$+tax. Currently most UA fares are far cheaper than that, so do you research before requesting such add ons.
For those in Europe wanting to join the event in the US:
Feel free to add your self to the list to start from the US. However, we have no fares to the US from Europe, so you are on your own to get to the US. LH and *A carriers currently offer a bunch of nice deals across the atlantic, so this should be easy.
