Take any one of the above. What recommendations has TB made with respect to the above and what were the results?

You have longtime members leaving FT and not posting in OMNI because of the opening to Google, for instance. What has TB done to represent their views? Did Randy ask TB about Google before opening FT up? If so, what did TB say? If not, why not?
