Yes, but....
The PO3, Opportunity for three nights is 15,000, or 5,000 per night. So if staying for 6 nights, it is actually better to use 2 x PO3 (if they'll let you) since the PO6 is 33,000.
I suspect vagaries like this are why they did away with multi-night reward discounts.
