TravelPro 2009
I've had a TP bag since 1995 that I paid ~$150 for. But for a wheel that was damaged by my employer (I'm an airline person) I've had no issues with it. I needed to buy another bag so, of course, I bought a TP Suiter with a laptop carrier. Mistake. I don't know who designed this thing but with a suit in the bag, the center of gravity moves past the wheels and causes the bag to tip forward. For fun, I put my laptop in and there was no tipping this time but rather a crash.
I took it back tot he fine folks at Crew Outfitters/Flight Station who suggested a B&R bag. In this case I knew I wouldn't have tipping issues. I paid more but I'd rather give the business to someone who seems to have put some thought in their design as opposed to seeing how many pockets they could put in a bag.
