A) After C&I, outside the sliding door, take the escalators down to the train station area. Look for the green color JR ticketing office. They can validate the JR Pass there.
B/C) They can buy the Nozomi tickets there too. May be JTB offices in the US can sell Nozomi tickets or coupons.
