any place in NYC can be noisy at all hours

The one thing I am a little wary of is the location, which as far as I can tell is one block over from the bus parking garage at Port Authority. Could be pretty noisy at all hours. I'll do the walk-by and see how it is.

Ask for a higher floor, bring earplugs.
