Thoughts on Sheraton's New Scent/Fragrance/Air Freshener (merged)
I've stayed in 4 Sheratons in the last 3 weeks. All have a new scent or fragrance in the public areas. I was told by the person at the Sheraton Suites that it is new - it's called Ocean and was developed just for the Sheratons.
The problem? It makes me ill. Literally - as in, I worked in the Wired area of the Sheraton Houston for 2 hours and got a migraine from the scent. (I have a similar reaction to other scents - Issey Miyake perfume, for example.)
What gives, Sheraton? You're touting how clean and nice your properties are - smoke free! - and all that. Why inject this scent in.
Anyone else bothered by the scent??
