Hilton Garden Inn Norwalk {US-CT}
This hotel has a general manager (Lowell) that has made me think twice about my perceptions of Hilton as being a little lower down in the food chain .
He personally makes himself available to drive the shuttle bus, works the counter and even helps in the restaurant to get things moving.
I have NEVER seen this level of dedication in the hotels I generally stay at (I'm a hyatt Diamond) , particularly in the US domestic market.
Does anyone on this board have an email address that would get the personal attention of someone who matters within Hilton?
